Ending a Blogging Drought with Wet Ramen Posts

I am not going to lie, I have been skimping on my posts. I have had a big year moving from San Francisco to back home in Sacramento and starting a new job with plenty of new projects. But hey, I can't complain living with my parents. I can save some money by not paying that San Francisco rent and I have a hot meal ready for my when I come home from work. The downside is that my parents don't give me a chance to cook in the kitchen and I have gotten lazy.  I am still making ramen but not as often as I would like.

This is all going to change. Well I'll milk living at home a little longer... but I will be upping my ramen research especially since I have decided to write a ramen book.

This was originally going to be my New Years post, but I was a little slow to start my new year resolutions. Now that Chinese New Year has come around I can redeem myself. Instead of aiming for a beach bod for my resolution (which I could totally get whenever I want) I decided to aim for a delicious goal: Cook ramen at least 2 times a month. I have been craving fried chicken day in and day out ever since I saw the mouth watering sandwiches that David Chang has been cooking up at his latest restaurant Fuku. Fried Chicken is starting to trend all over America, even Shake Shack recently release their own chicken sandwich. Just thinking of juicy tender chicken with flaky and crispy batter, #drools. I had to get in on this craze, so I set out on a journey to make delicious fried chicken.
